songs can be used as background music for original and creative videos (games, vlogs, tutorials, etc). when your channel is monetized, and you need to monetize the videos using this songs, just send the video link to the label's email so they can check if you added credits and remove the claim.

Hiya, I tried using this music in one of my videos, I put the details in the description and even sent you an email to confirm, but... I got 6 copyright strikes. It's not fair to say it's copyright free and then stiing people for the tiny amount of money they make from their videos. I'm hoping you are good guys, and this is all just a mistake.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Content creators: DO NOT use a second of this video. It is indeed copyrighted and the ad rev will go straight to them. I’m literally having to reupload my video thanks to these people. There are plenty of other creators with integrity whose videos are free to use, this channel is not included.

The claim is not a strike, songs are 100% safe. If you need to monetize, send the video link to the label for review. They must check if you credited the artist and will remove the claim. Too many people were using the songs without credits, and songs are safe now, but to monetize need just a review.

The songs are 100% safe for any video, and if you need to monetise, just email the label with the video link for review. Most people that complain jut Think they got a strike (which is not true, a claim don’t harm the the channel), or their channel is not yet monetised (they have 10 subscribers or are not eligible). The label has removed claims for any creator that needs to monetise and are crediting the artist. All good!

@@SAMKMusic-d7f everything is good and safe! important - the label is reviewing every video sent to their email, and they remove the claim ONLY if 1) the channel is monetized, 2) there are credits for the music 3) the songs are used as background music for original and creative videos. Some people are downloading the songs and re-uplaoding them with a different picture, or they don't credit the music in the video description. Then they complain that the claim was not removed. Keep up the good work with your channel. You can use all songs from "lofi geek" channel that are marked as no copyright, and when you reach 1000 subscribers, send a list with videos to the label and they can remove all claims. Until then don't worry about claims, ads are not showing to any of your videos because the channel is not eligible.
