How to send message energetically?

This is how I usually do it (there are different methods) 1. I think of the intended person I wish to send my message to. 2. I take some time to meditate on the intended person. Kind of like focusing my thoughts on them. Maybe some memories that I share with them. 3. Once I feel I’ve connected with them (and you’ll know when you’ve connected with them), then I focus on the intended message or energy I wish to send them. 4. Make sure that your message is clear and you also have clarity about the energy you wish to send them. 5. Picture writing your thoughts in a letter and sending it to them. Or, you can just tell Universe to take the message to them or ask Spirit to help you pass the message to them (you can say it out loud as well) - This really depends on what you resonate with. Messages/energy can go through even unintentionally/unconsciously/subconsciously too, but this way helps you be more careful about what you are sending them. Also note that there are many, many different methods. This is just one that works for me. Over time, you too can tweak and find a method that works for you. For any and all methods, the most important things are having clear intention and message (or energy).

I just remembered, another way that works for me: All the steps same till the message sending part: I visualize telling this person exactly what I wish to convey and in my visualization, I’m in the energy that I wish to send. Even this has worked for me in the past. Hope this helps! Be patient while you try different methods and see what works for you. Love and Light 💕🦋
