Most/Some insecure people hide behind a confident facade. They need the big ego, for if it was very obvious to even themselves (in public especially) they would be vulnerable - & find it hard to function. Brave people face their real flaws. Brave people are rare - considering the population. It's good of you to leave and possibly not procreate with cowards. Pile #3 definitely resonated. We’re in separation right now and honestly, I’m tired of the back and forth, in and out. So, I just walked away on my own and I’m cutting off contact completely and am keeping my options opened. We had a conversation and I asked him wtf his problem was and was surprised to hear him open up a bit. I could tell he was uncomfortable talking about his feelings because he doesn’t like doing that but he told me that he was “damaged goods” and how he’s at a point in his life where he doesn’t know about anything. He’s a Taurus so they’re stubborn & slow about things. I love him very much and he’s literally my baby but I know we need a long time apart. I know that he’ll contact me soon because he’s a practical Taurus lol but when he does, I’m going to tell him that I’m not let him back into my space until he’s ready to treat me how I deserve to be treated. Let’s skip the bullshit. I deserve genuine, consistent love, communication, CONSISTENTENCY, etc. I know what I deserve.
