You mean like how whenever they say "meow..." to you, you say it back the same way? Or whenever they blink their eyes at you, you blink back the same way? Yes, cats do in fact appreciate it very much when you try to speak their language :D Though; does kitty even know what you're saying? Or are they like, "Why is my human servant talking such high pitched baby talk gibberish?"

My cat is a little annoying lol but I love him. He cries to get out my room than comes back 5 minutes after crying to come back in.

Cats get SUCH a bad rap. They are just as loving and fun as dogs but less high maintenance. I HATE seeing all the rescue vidoes about dogs, like in Ukraine rn, and not saving the cats. I have had 5 cats in my 50 years. They LOVE to play not only with toys, but "hide N seek" etc. They love to snuggle in bed. I have 2 right now and they are so excited/happy to see me when I get home from work it brings so much joy to my life. They give me "kisses" and want to be as near to me as they can and give me LOVE. My heart swells with love/joy when I am thinking about them when I'm not home.

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. I took our cat to the vet last April for dental cleaning and check up. I had to leave him there. I felt sad walking home. When I got back home and opened the door, he wasn't there to greet me. The whole vibe of our apartment seemed so empty and lonely without him there. Honestly, I just started to miss him so much I was tearing up. It's ok now. He's close to me in his bed...

@@fluffylynxpuss5043 they say that black cats are more loving than most any other color of cat, that is especially true with mine, and because he decided to stay with us on Thanksgiving week of 2013, i didnt want to give him a goofy turkey name, so, because of him being black, his name is "Black Friday", my wife was living at the time, and quipped, "only you could come up with that name, and its appropos!"

@@paulsmith5398 but what do you shout when its feeding time or if he’s out and its started to rain 🌧.I’d open the back door and call them all in from where they’d be sheltering.they’d fly in the door! Lol. I had a big electronic cat flap but u can’t beat a wide open door especially for Maine Coons, Ragdolls and 3 rescue darlings. I had to give them up for adoption otherwise I’d be living on the street. It was years ago but I’m still 💔 broken hearted. I don’t want to feel that pain again. My ex sent them over knowing I couldn’t take them till some time in the future. He did it on purpose. B?stard. Btw we don’t use goofy names, i had George, Mildred, Casey, Cally, Bailey, Crystal, Michska & Bodie

Could lift him up holding under front & back legs; flip him upside down still holding him about waist height; point his head towards the sofa - he’d look at it, then gently toss him in a backflip somersault onto the sofa so he’d land on his feet. He’d come straight back to me to do it again. And again - I think five or six times before he just laid down to nap 😹

We love our kittys!!!

My ahole adult child very rudely said: “what would you do if you didn’t have cats?!” Me: “I’d probably be home alone without children or cats” I pick with cats (pets).

They are actually so similar to us. They like people who are nice to them just as we do.

Pets bring out the best of humanity. My good boy, Spectre, a 6 1/2 pound white kitten with heterochromia iridum (blue/green) follows me everywhere, makes a point of being as helpful with me as he can, including the killing of any bug that enters the house (I live in a semi-wooded rural area, so, it happens), and, since I have painful health concerns, he can sense when they are bothering me, and he sits with me, and cuddles with me, and purrs loudly, and my vet suggests he does so as a way to try to heal me. It is comforting knowing a sentient animal cares THAT MUCH about me.

Found my black farm cat as a kitten. She owned that farm and the house. She is 1 of the smartest most affectionate cats ive had to pleasure to have.

My daughter lost her cat a couple of weeks ago.They were the best of friends.She misses him so much.He was only 11 months old.I dint have the money to take him to the vet to see what was going on.

My cat adopted me last summer since then he invited a neighbors cat to stay with us. The neighbor agreed actually dumping their cat with us. I first thought YouKnowtoomuchyouracat was wise beyond his cat years then he brings home CC= Cutie Cat= the cutest furry white and black spotted cat made of pure Qutetoinun Making her the Q-Bomb keep iti on the QT she has spots on her butt that look like her face how much cuteness can you tolerate?.
