Great Vlog guys, hand raised refers to the pastry being raised up so the meat can go in. The pastry is pulled up by hand around a wooden mould.

I’ve been to Iron Bridge, but only at night, had a little stroll over the bridge (nobody around at all) then went for a meal there Chinese or Indian (can’t remember as it was a few years ago. I was an Exhibitor at a show in Telford and went there with a group for our evening meal. Lovely place but some of the properties near the river are often flooded when the weather gets real bad. I’m a bus driver, you should have spoken to the driver of the bus that was there, I’m sure he could of helped you out. Anyway great video as always!!

My gran used to collect thimbles and spoons too from places she'd visited. I'm sure I bought some for her collection 😃 Lovely place there in Ironbridge, safe travels 😃👍
