No Blocked Account for Studying in Germany?
Studying in Germany without a blocked bank account is possible if you fulfill one of the requirements listed below:
- A scholarship from an established educational institution in Germany.
- Confirmation you will receive government funding or have an approved student loan in Germany.
- Proof of sponsorship from a friend or relative living in Germany.
Your sponsor has to make a formal request at the Ausländerbehörde to sponsor you.
You must receive enough support or a scholarship large enough to cover your daily living expenses in Germany, the same way a blocked account would.

Can the sponsor be from India or the EU nations?
Well just a warning on expatrio,, if you cancel your account they are going to fine you 109 euros for cancelling and they still take the 49 euros installation fee. Wow what an amazing way to make money.
