2 ½ cups (71/2oz/213oz) cookie crumbs 1 cup (8oz/225g) butter, melted 1 1/2 cups (10oz/252g) bittersweet chocolate (72% cocoa solids) 1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour)* ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 Cup (16floz/450g) full fat Milk** Marshmallow fluff I made this and it was amazing! This is the second time I'm making it for Thanksgiving 😋

this looks amazing! I'm not a marshmallow fan but I am definitely considering making it without the top (maybe some cream instead). I assume it would be ok to make with a less dark chocolate (say 55%), it would just be sweeter?

Yes, that would work too. In the US, we would call a chocolate pie topped with whipped cream (instead of marshmallow) a "French Silk Pie." Some people also put shaved chocolate curls on the whipped cream. French Silk is one of my favorite pies. :-)

+Gemma Stafford ya I never had.. its very rare in india. I had once in my childhood. But it was very chewy. And everyone said it's a fake one. so that means I never had an original marshmallow yet.

+Narjis Zaidi You can find it in some super markets and also online... In Indian money, it is slightly expensive.. I am from India too... I once found it in my local supermarket for 200rs for a small bag.

I must say, ever since that last marshmallow fluff video I have been awaiting this day! This looks delicious and you even went the extra mile to actually make the pudding! This is a creative and wonderful twist on the classic! Also, your humor wasn't lost on me (no-bake list!) I can imagine a whole series of just s'more related confections (S'more, cupcakes, S'more cream puffs, S'more cheesecake bites, S'more beignets, etc.). Another great video and I look forward to the next!
