Hi Ken glad I found you I am making these for my son and his wife for Christmas I have to replace the butter with marg as it needs to be gluten free and dairy free chocolate as well they love them have a Merry Christmas to everyone and keep safe from uk 👍

I must say I enjoyed your video I don’t quite know whether it’s because using your T-shirt or you are very very funny it looked enjoyable but I can honestly say I’m not a great sweet fan and more savoury but I might have a go one day if only for a giggle

Hi Ken, I make something very similar but I add rice bubbles* to the mixture. It just makes the truffles lighter and crispy. (*Puffed rice breakfast cereal)
