Thanks for the recipe! I made this and it's really good! I used a hand mixer for the cream before mixing in the condensed milk and the result is ice cream-like consistency. It goes well with banana and chocolate sauce too! 😊😊😊

Hi po. thanks so much for the video that you always share po.. 😊 i tried this one and masarap po sya.. 😍 question lang din po sana, for the cream po, i used Nestle (1st try i use All purpose cream, 2nd try i used Heavy cream) both were chilled overnight.. however, I can't achieve the mixture's thickness po.. lagi pong malagnaw ung result.. any suggestion how i can make it thick like what you have in the video po? In this recipe, recommended na chilled ang both condensed milk at cream kasi need thick ang mixture para magkaron ng layer. Unless, gagamit ka po ng whipping cream, (no need to chill)

Yes po. Chill lang din po overnight before whisking.

Yung purpose po ng whisk is para magdouble yung size ng cream and mahing whip cream like yung texture niya. Hindi para tunawin yung cream hehe. You can use fork para i-mix siya ng tuloy tuloy. Mas nakakapagod nga lang :)
