I just want to tell you how much I enjoy watching your card videos. It makes me feel especially good when something you do has to be adjusted because most videos show the end result. So many times when things don’t go as I expected I feel like a failure. Please keep doing your videos. They are so appreciated. Thank you

I absolutely LOVE this card. And my favorite part of the video is where you show the easiest way to square up your paper by only partially pulling the cover off the tear tape! I don't know why I've never thought of doing that myself. It really helps to take the guesswork out of getting your inner paper square on your base! Thank you.

I have the Penguins--haven't stamped them yet, but they have very definite personalities--don't you think? They remind me of certain professors I worked for at Seminary. This is such a happy card, and the one in the sunny snow is particularly gorgeous. They just make me smile.

I have never yet seen you make unsatisfactory card they're all just superb and done with such Elegance and so precise and I'm doing my best to mimic you and I'm having a very hard time accomplishing that. Beautiful card as always! Love the DSP. I too had suggested to SU to have the trimmer in centimeters and inches. We here weren't able to get trimmer like you have with both. You also have the simply scored. I had told them it wasn't fair to us here in the States. I watch many fellow demonstrators across the pond who do not use inches. It gets frustrating to have to convert them. I watch demos in Germany and all over that use centimeters. I've had to learn numbers in German because some of them only say the numbers and don't put the measurements on their blog. Lol. I really appreciate you listing and saying them both😍 TFS

Many thanks for your feedback, With Inked Fingers. I totally understand and sympathise. Europe is metric, and I can remember UK changing, but not with everything, e.g. our speed is still mph (miles per hour)! Always using both measurements - like it is in the (European) catalogues - is the most obvious way forward! Where are you? With the scoreboard here in the UK, it's made in inches but we can buy a metric board to sit on top. I haven't seen it, but I assume there must be strips to add to the bar across the top and down the side. xx

Hello Jan. another beautiful card. but 1 question. the smaller base card piece, you mention the size is 4 3/4, but according to your meassurments its 4 5/8. it's a difference of 1/8 but I dont get my card as it should be. can you help what meassurements I should work with?

Hi, Willemien. The correct measurement is in the details below the video, i.e. 4 5/8". In the video, when I adhered the smaller piece to the larger piece it was 1/8" too long, so I had to trim 1/8" off. I corrected the measurement below the video. Your card should work beautifully now. Please let me know if you continue to have problems. xx

Hi, Tammy. Yes, sort of! First you need to take out the score blade, to allow the cutting blade to go completely from end to end. To test it, I cut one of my sheets to measure 11" but the width is 8 1/4". I put it in the trimmer diagonally and cut. There were marks on both ends where the cardstock went over the ridges at the top. I'm planning on doing a video review, and I'll try and include a demonstration of this. I need to find a piece of cardstock that is US size! I'll see if I have some retired 12" x 12" cardstock I can cut down! xx

@@hankklunder1760 Hi, Ann. No, the blades are very different shape and size to the old ones. I did take one of the old blades out and tried to fit it in. I had the new score blade out of my trimmer as I was testing something else I've been asked, and when I looked at the base of both, it was very obvious why the old won't fit into the new. I am planning on a video review in the next couple of days and I'll do a demonstration of that. xx

Hi, Giulia. On the piece of Night of Navy Cardstock which measures 14.6cm x 21.6cm, line it up in your trimmer with the 14.6cm across the top, and line it up at the 3.2cm mark. Cut from 5.4cm down to 16.2cm. That should be that you are cutting from the first score line down to the third scoreline. Then turn your cardstock 180° and repeat. I hope this helps, but please let me know if it doesn't. xx

Loved the card but, I must confess that i lost it with the measurement, i, an Australian and admittedly always bad with measurements, but this one stumped me. It must be confusing for you having to do your measurement for the UK, USA, Australia and the rest of the world
