Exactly....100% correct....these street food are big family business and the next generation have a ready setup to takeover where there is less struggle and lot of opportunity to scale up AND they can build their own brand or chain. But sadly the idea of education and job is spoiling mindset. The vendor ears more than an average salaried person in Bhubaneswar......In Odisha family i.e wife and children, brothers etc. feel shy to work in restaurants and provide helping hands....

Bhai apanka ka succes ku salute ,but gote katha kahibi,sabu offc achi boli tama dokan chalichi nahele apana bujhi pariba.

Govt shd tax these businesses too.. They earn in lakhs but pay zero tax..why shd salaried people pay tax only?? Govt shd audit all such small business and chk whether they earn taxable income. Otherwise remove tax on salary income. These shops earn 10k to 15k per day. I know one shop in Rourkela who earns 10k/day after all expenses,pays zero taxes and even shamelessly has bpl card using it for subsidized rice using at idli shop.

Do you pay money for food licence, vending licence take risk for raw material if not sold same day it becomes waste, endure dadagiri or BMC official and enforcement squad pay lump some amount to babus for bribe

This tiffin shop staff behaviour is not good also not responsible. But food is good.
