The reason for the hard start may be caused by a fuel pump that is going bad when a fuel pump goes bad it let's the fuel go back to the tank over a period of time so when you start it in in the morning there is no fuel in the system so when u swing it collects fuel stright from the tank instead of from the filter or fuel lines

Mybe the reason you have hard time starting it in the morning could be due to temperature sensor look into it the sensor is located at the air intake pipe

It's normal for it to give hard start in the morning because it's cold now especially because it's outside.. The small water is also normal for it to come out of the exhaust when the car's still cold.. When the car's warm it shouldn't

Before you start the car prime it thats not a hard start you are telling the car how much petrol do you want it to start with cause it doesn't have a map sensor to do it for you
