We need to write to the immigration about this . Pple are ruining the name of Canada . This is getting to much. Why only Canada banange

The fact that she left uk under those circumstances they’d have asked her a question that would have brought up her details of her crimes in uk. They need to do very good research to know which names she’s using in Canada because Nalongo is not really a name. Once they locate her I wish they bring her back to Uganda. How can people who have opportunities want to take from those already struggling…some people are shameless. Aate many have left UK nebajja eyo. They cannot help him at al,l such cases have been raised but people been told to go and report matters to the police.

Thanks Farouk for this program. But I'm sure very man people are victims of such situations. I myself was also scammed back in 2021, and lost 2 million Uganda shillings. Let's all be careful who we deal with before giving them money.

Immigration Canada doesn’t give discounts they have a set fee for visa applications. At that point he should have known that it’s a scam as soon as she said leave the 1m

FYI, the process to Canada is too long. Nalongo yabawa contacts omuntu gwawulideko ndi ogobela abantu okugenda e Canada. She's not in any way involved in the process but occasionally updates him when she gets any updates. Then Nalongo felt that she was being harrassed by him and the mother, and she decided to block them. Nalongo's only "crime" is that she informed so many people about the opportunity and she didn't take it further to manage their expectations and to disclaim herself from the process. All the money was paid to an account that the dealer availed. Nalongo was only helpful with guidance to those that she connected to the dealer. About the 1M, Nalongo thought that this may delay him. So he encouraged him to meanwhile deposit what he has to allow the process to begin. It was not a discount. though Nalongo didn't make it clear that it is not a discount but to allow him to complete payment later on whilst the process is underway. Bambi simufere.

It's essential to acknowledge that one of the primary challenges faced by recruiters is managing expectations regarding the speed of the application process. This is particularly true for immigration processes in countries like Canada and many other Western nations, where procedures can be time-consuming. Personally, I experienced this firsthand when applying for a UK Visa, which took approximately a year and a half to complete. Fortunately, my mother facilitated the process, which allowed me to remain patient throughout. In 2022, I commenced the application process, ultimately traveling in November of 2023. And i suggest that before even streaming these videos, you need to listen to both sides first or people will throw you into defamation cases. Ugandans also stop exploitation or taking advantages from your own people.

The major problem in that case is not all about the time(delay) but it's due to lack of transparency. For example the so called Nalongo from the start never explained to Mr.Katelega and his mother that she was not the recruiter herself but a block for some one else. Secondly that Nalongo never bothered to ask for more required documents on addition to the Passport copy from Mr.Katelega to confirm that what she was doing was real. Her main target was money (9m Ugx) Thirdly she used a hostile language when the pressure from both Katelega and his mother became too much. More so, she used an account no. (in Equity bank) which wasn't in her name (Nalongo) and no explanation was given as to why the deposit had to be done like that😂to avoid too much suspicion ( concern) from Mr.Katelega and his mother.😂😂Obufeere is now top much in Africa.

Farouk, some people are not serious and want to tarnish others. Not all people in this work are fraudesters. People don’t want to read and know processes. They want to be spoonfed.

Hadijah, it's a good idea to start a business but the challenge is not all pple are business oriented, others prefer having a job and being employed.

Dear i was scammed by a Ugandan American Citzen Katumba Ferguson from Boston. But the way he talked and presented himself by the time i knew i was scammed.was the day i sent all the money to him and i never heard from him again. Unbelievable it's been 8years.

Mwanattu my brother's wife is now in 23m and is almost covering ayear plus

Theres no sure deal visa . For Canada just make sure you have enough documents that they need. Good bank statement for around 4 to 6 months. Make sure its constant for those months before you asknfor visa. Collateral that you will come back. Assets especially land titles, siblings and proof of is birth certificates. If you hsbe a registered working NGO that is enough. Try to prepare your paper work. Stop giving money to get you paperwork. Do it your self. Prepare .
