Il est impressionant de voir que les maisons des habitants de cette localité qui vivent dans l' extreme pauvreté . Pourquoi ne pas leur offrir une vie normale notament, construire des logements sociaux et créer des emploies . C ' est le mauvais coeur de l ' homme noir .

C'est vous qui ne comprenez pas le français. Je n'ai pas dis le contraire. Je reprend l'idée autrement. C'est grace au financement du Gouvernement sous FATSHI que ces travaux sont exécutés . Je ne vois pas le mal.
