All the rate given in this video are not fixed .It may be depend upon the peak season and off season as well. The rate also depends upon the driver to driver. This video is just to give overall view about the cab/car fare and how to get cab and where to get taxi/cab/car
We are given the Approx. Season and Off Season Rate below:-
GANGTOK SEASON TIME:-
Approx. April 15 to June fist week
After Secondary and Higher Secondary Exam/Summer Vacation till resume the new session of School in West Bengal
Between Durga Puja Celebration time in West Bengal State.
Between Christmas in West Bengal and other State in India.
OFF SEASON :-
January to Mid March
July to last week of September
Rate/fare of Cab/Car:-
NJP station to Gangtok:- Normal Cab like Tata Sumo/Sumo Gold/Max/Bolero
Seating capacity in Tata Sumo/Gold-10 person
In Bolero 8 to 9 Person
In Max (Sawari) - 10 Person
In Season time:-
500/- to 700/- per person in Sharing Basis(Approx.)
5000/- to 6000/- for reserve cab (Approx.)
450/- per person in sharing for regular of off season(Approx.)
4000/- to 4500/- for Reserve (Approx.)
Rate for Luxury like Innova/Xylo etc
No sharing available in Luxury Cab
6000/- to 7000/- in season time (Approx.)
5000/- to 5500/- for off season (Approx.)
Distance NJP to Gangtok 120 KM (Approx.) Time 4:00to 5:00 hours.

No sir ....there is no such facilities ..i suggest you to ask your hotel manager to book the taxi and give him advance booking money for it ....and another is there are lots of travel agencies in the MG road you may book by them also as per your term ...otherwise I have given the number in the description box he will also a travel agent he will help you out. Yes u will get share cab for gangtok @2 pm ...and it will take 4to 5 hours to reach there ....yes the season time will remain till first week of June

Only luxury cab and small cab are allow to drop upto the hotel like Innova ,Xylo and wagnr ,dezire etc ...other cab like tata sumo,max,bolero etc are not allow to drop to the hotel ...they will drop you at deorali stand only ...after that you have to take local taxi to reach hotel . NJP se raat ko vi cab mil jayega lekin raat ko bus service available nahi he lekin chota cab like toto ,auto etc mil jayega ... NJP se Siliguri junction Tak 15 minutes lag layega or bengdubi Tak 30 min lag jayega ... Please do subscribe Thank you Parsujoel
