@@owenfaecher2317 Ranger nation (and even New York City in general) I've found have had a Holier Than Thou attitude when it comes to NJ. "The World's Most Famous Arena" inside "The World's Greatest City" feeds an ego and a prestige that causes them to dismiss and belittle those of us from NJ. Personally I've seen it often the times I ended up working in NYC. So for Devils fans it feels good to knock that ego down a peg every now and again.

The fact is, the Devils were the better team all season, and aside from game 1 and 2 outplayed the Rangers. So we lost to the Canes, this was so worth it 😊

Carolina got swept. Devils have never once been swept. Carolina swept against Pittsburgh in 2009. Swept by Boston in 2019. Swept by Florida this year. It’s bad when u get swept.
