Beware of Nivada Grenchen. I bought the original Antarctic Spider and it had mechanical problems, but they were nothing compared to getting a reply from customer service. It literally took scores of e-mails and five months for them to sort this out. I would never again buy from this company.

I was absolutely pumped to get one of the Super Antarctics but then every single video is just comments like yours saying how dreadful the customer service is. I’ve been successfully off the brand. Nothing worse than having to fight with a company over their faulty products.

Really cool looking watch but 38mm is just a tad too small. 40-41mm would have been perfect.

Hard to see the hands, distorted view, no numbers and the magnifying blob… 🥴

Its a no for me.
