I'm really enjoying all your videos, these "recent" ones are great! If you post new videos I will watch them for sure! What hardness H3 are you usually using? I've been using Friendship Battle 2 Provincial Blue Sponge 40° for about a year and I switch to H3 Commercial 39° and it seems to be way too soft... As for the backhand, which do you think it's the best: Tensor(Tibhar MX-P), Japanese(Tenergy 05), Hybrids(Gewo Codexx, H8-80, Dignics 09c), or Chinese (H3 37°)?

Yeah H3 Provincial OS/BS 40 degrees with 1-2 layers of booster is what I am used to use. As for the BH side, I *really* enjoy H3, but boosting 2 rubbers for me is just a bit too much. Nittaku FastArc G-1 is good alternative, it feels kinda the same with very grippy topsheet and rather hard sponge. Never liked T05/MX-P and other catapulty rubbers on the BH, too little control for me. I can adjust, but just don't want to :) Battle 2 is good rubber, but I think it misses in spin department compared to H3. It's more lively though for sure.

I can definitely say that Acoustic is a REMARKABLE blade, especially with modern rubbers. It's just so unique: control, feeling and speed when needed. Can't say the same about Yinhe 01 and Sanwei Froster, they're just fine. These are very good value. HL5 IMO better than all other blades IF you have proper technique, especially FH killer shots and use boosted H3 on both sides.

I am a beginner player (almost 1 year), and I still havent figured out if I want to go for Nittaku Acoustic or DHS Hurricane 301 as my second blade. I have been using Stiga Offensive Classic ST from the start, and it seems that the characteristics of DHS Hurricane 301 are similar to Stiga OC in terms of hardness and flexibility, but it might be a big leap in speed. @@CalvinAytch I tried playing with it as a beginner, maybe I am not hitting hard enough to soften it up ... but I also did not boost it at the start. A demonstration after having played with it for 1-2 months is on my channel. The video is called "10 07 22 bounce test". I have never seen a hurricane 3 bounce that well as it does in this video. After giving up on playing with H3 neo I went back to using the backhand rubber (yasaka rigan) on both sides as I was given at the expert store where I bought my first racket. I still struggle with my forehand and can barely loop after 8 months of playing. After all the hassle, and finding that counterlooping was damn near impossible with yasaka rigan on stiga offensive classic, I am now trying a hybrid rubber on forehand (yasaka rakza z), which is much slower than yasaka rigan. At least I get to spin a lot with this setup, but I have to hit really hard for it to go fast. I think its a good beginner setup, as my blade is both flexible and hard enough to deal with the tacky surface ... but I dont know if the issues with my forehand stems from me changing rubbers three times, or if its that I was given a bad rubber to develop my forehand to begin with (too fast for my level). My backhand is so much stronger that I almost jump over to the forehand side to do backhands in matches now. Examples of me playing sets are also on my channel.

@@hadyalbagu8615 yup Acoustic suits perfectly well for FH oriented players. It has enough flex to hold the ball for powerloops. I find it a bit lacking on the backhand and generally, not so well suited for Chinese rubbers. The thing is, is that this blade is very fast on powerful shots and rather slow on low/medium ones. Powerful shots are great with H3, but low/medium ones are just not enough to do something decent with Acoustic. H3s require faster blades, but only on low/mid power shots. Viscaria is like this, but it's crazy fast with tensioned rubbers in my opinion. So acoustic is very much recommended with modern tensioned rubbers. I am currently playing with DHS Hurricane Long 3 with H3 on both sides, will make a short review in some time I think.
