Yes a side by side so we could see the comparison of their beams. I have the P20iX other than the heads I can’t really tell the difference. But I can’t imagine in my mind the difference in their beam other than the P20iX not being quite as much flood but comparing their beams on 2 separate super done videos I am struggling imagining the difference. Would it be worth one of each is my point are their beams that different? You have the best channel in my opinion your videos are so well done 👍🏻 and I also like how you take your time. Thanks

@@MySledgeHammer the only discernible difference is that the 20ix has a bit more throw 50m/50ft more than the 10ix due to the larger size reflector.

This light is good for home defense, especially indoors. If you place the clip so that you always know where the paddle switch is located when you pick up the light, you have an instant 4000 lumen strobe cannon at the ready. If you hit someone with that in the daytime it would mess them up, let alone in the blackness of night. Not to mention the head and strike bezel of this flashlight are made of solid steel (not aluminum). The head is shaped to keep your hand from sliding forward off the light when you smack something (or someone).

I wish they would offer an adaptor to make it compatible with GoPro type supports, to be used in outdoor activities. They would sure make a good business out of it. By the way, if they do, I want a share, I came up with the idea😋

I had a dog charge me at 1am while looking for the meteor shower 2 days ago. I hit the 4k full blast and the dog stopped in its tracks and retreated. My adrenalin was through the roof, the flashlight worked perfectly. I made a report of the encounter. I had pepperspray and a knife on me, but only used the P10iX

Hi, currently trying to choose between the P10iX & i4000R for a compact high output floodlight. Already have plenty of other lights but mostly combo beam or throwers and wanted to add something for short range area illumination. Have watched your excellent reviews of both models, just wondering if you have a preference of one over the other. Do you think that the additional bulk of i4000R is justified by better beam profile or heat dissipation over the more compact light and is there any significant difference in the duration of turbo mode before it steps down. Thanks

I noticed this too when comparing the pd36 tac vs p10ix. Just got the pd36tac and the duty mode is frustrating as I thought it would be with the change of modes. Moreover it has less throw than I expected compared to my nitecore srt9 which runs 18650 batteries. Interesting enough the strobe on the pd36 tac is very effective tho
