This is basically how I would want my S15 to look, minus the slammed setting. Never liked the slanted wheels. But awesome car btw.

that 'slanted wheel' was originally for drifting purpose.. at the right lowered setting and negative cambers, the tires will not fully contact with the floor at straight line, but fully contact at going sideways.. some fender work will be required.. nowadays most of that 'slanted wheel' were set the way they are for cosmetic purposes.. i'm all for speed but i can respect those stance build, if done right, look unique and sick..
