    Thanks for sharing your experience with it! Planning to get a d22 and what's in there does not live up to what we are used to in our days... You did not show us how you take de A piller cover off... if that is done wrong, I am concerned plastic bits will brake off and the outcome won't be nice... Thank you so much!

    Hey, to remove the A pillar, peel back the rubber molding in the door. Then with a trim remove tool, start to pry the top of the A piller trim back. As it is just held in by clips, the plastic clips should pop out before the trim brakes. The first one will be the hardest to pop, but once you got it, the rest should come out a lot easier. You can use a screwdriver if you dont have the trim removal tools, but you just need to be careful not to scuff up the trim when prying

    I have a PIONEER DMH-Z6350BT and have a rear camera. It takes 2 cam inputs. Any suggesting on how I can permantly power a forward facing camera?

    Hey Daniel, yep its quite straight forward in terms of the wiring. The hardest part will most likely be tracing it through the cab and tray to the back. I haven't done it for mine, yet it is something I'll definitely be doing in the future, especially how cheap the reverse camera for the pioneers are.

    Does this way use the rear speakers? Or do you need to wire them up separately?

  • @Project_B

    @Project_B

    In the d22 navara we have, there are only front speakers, however if you've already got rear speakers hooked up you should just be able to plug them in when changing the head unit. Same goes if you have a sub as well

    Hey Ashton, im not sure on that specific head unit but to my knowledge the mounting bracket is somewhat of a standard fit/size (fits most head units)

    My 2006 Navara seems to have a completely different stock 7 pin plug to every available primary harness. Any ideas what to do? Sounding like I might have to wire it myself.

    Yeah you might need to do it the old fashioned way and wire it yourself unfortunately. Does the below link to this primary harness look different to your plug? aerpro.com/vehicles/nissan/nissan-navara-1997-2006-d22

    Hi mate,I followed your steps but for some reason I can’t hear any sound but all the features on the head unit work. I’ve heard about there being an amp trigger cable but I can’t seem to find it. I have an 05 d22 nav

    Hi Ayomal, I'm not sure what this issue could be. Id start by checking the harness and making sure its got a good connection. Also what headunit have you got? And are your speakers the factory ones?

    Okay, from doing some brief research, I don't see why it hasn't got audio coming through. I'd look through the troubleshooting for that head unit to see whether any of the solutions work. cms.pioneercarentertainment.com/files/Manual/DEH-X6750BT%20DEH-X4750BT_XNGS%20Owners%20Manual.pdf

    On the aeropro website it only comes up with the iso harness and that’s it. What do I do

  • @Project_B

    @Project_B

    2 жыл бұрын

    So the ISO harness will be the harness that adapts to your car. If you scroll down (aerpro.com/selector) where it asks for what headunit you have, put the model headunit in there. It should then give you the harness that will connect to your head unit. And all Aerpro harnesses connect to each other. I hope this helps.

    Hey, we put a ring terminal on the end and attached between the bolt that mounts the head unit. There are a few bolts behind the head unit that you can also use.

    Hey Marli, my nav is a 2010 model. From what ive found on Aerpro, it looks like if you've got a d22 zd30 (2006 or older), then the harness you'll need is a APP0120, but if its the newer d22 with the yd25, then you'll need the APP091. Hope this helps

    Hi Jyve, hmm thats odd. There is a small amount of adjustment you can do with the mounting bracket of the headunit but im not sure if it can fix a gap like that. But id start there and see if that can get it any closer
