Can confirm this works, just tried it on 2014 model and used a hair dryer for heating. Bit awkward to get small enough punch and angle to get pin moving but managed with an open pair of finger nosed pliers and hit them on their side. Thanks for the video.

Nope, not a bit, it needs more drastic action 👍🏻

All worked a treat on both sides but now when I lock the car and then open the back doors wont open from the outside , open from the inside ok and then they work again from the outside ???any ideas on a fix

Probably haven’t got the cables sat home properly in the handles - my guess
