Bearings for 2x idler pulleys : 6301 2RS 12x37x12 mm Torque specs: Waterpump : 25nm M6 bolt 12nm M8 bolt 25nm M10 bolt 45nm

Nice work! A question, have you changed a high pressure pump on the V6? My Navara V6 2012 just stalled on the road and doesn't start. No fuel to the injectors so i'm guessing it is the pump :/

No i havent ,highly doubt that it is pump itself, Suction Control Valve may cause similar issue i would start from there widely know issue on those engines also make sure you had enaf diesel in system sometimes if it sucks in too much air it will start acting up aswell, those nissans love to ruin a day if any air gets into fuel system.

i sold it month ago with 343 kkm and in every 10kkm i must add around 0.7- 1 liter engine oil. But it was slightly leaking from front engine seal and from vacuum hose on back. @@madagrosu1713

Thanks heaps mate,just about to do this job because of a failed noisy bearing on my v9x pathfinder,also the bearing sizes ect you have put in the comments is awsum🤙,thanks so much mate for taking the time to record yourself working on such a awsum engine...🫡

If somehow bearing size aint right then you can see exact number from older aswell those bearings should be aviable in most stores since i assume mine wasnt changed ever before they should be correct atleast those were on mine and pressing bearing out from plastic idler be careful try to support it properly otherwise will crack that roller
