What is Nishta?
I launched Nishta - a Talk Show in 2020 with the intention to Demystify Leadership. I invited Industry leaders and brought out perspectives, thoughts, and experiences on Leadership through their journeys. A great story, journey, and rough & tough paths are expressed authentically and genuinely.
Nishta Season 2 - Episode 2, we have a collaborative people leader from the Software Industry.
Dharani Karthikeyan is a customer-focused, result-oriented business leader with 20+ years of experience in enterprise product development with strong expertise in managing global teams. She has been with SAP for over 19 years and is heading the SAP Analytics Engineering team globally. Her hands-on leadership approach has resulted in strong employee engagement and increased customer experience.
Dharani is passionate about delivering highly scalable software and consumer-grade user experience for large-scale enterprises. She specializes in organizational and strategic planning, software engineering, delivery, execution, and building high-performance teams. She has a proven ability to lead global, strategic initiatives and complex programs to successful completion. She has strong domain expertise in Analytics, Middleware, Orchestration, and Enterprise Mobility and is a certified Design Thinking coach.
Dharani is also co-leading the Technology and Innovation India Leadership Forum bringing together 1500+ colleagues. She loves contributing to nation-building activities and is also IT Co-Chairman for the South India Chapter of the Association of Chambers and Commerce. She is also an active speaker in Data and Analytics in various external forums. Dharani was awarded the Grand Champion Award for Leadership in SAP Labs India and the Top 3 finalist at the Women in Tech Award from Wequity in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and gardening.
