I use the second yoshi circuit trick online a lot but its really easy for you to get bumped and if you do, you lose A LOT of time so its kinda risky if you arent alone

the only important one is nisc (no item short cut), all the others are the name of the track he's on for example dYC means yoshi circuit (the lowercase d means it's a DLC track. In case of retro tracks it's a lowercase r, or else nothing)

Elvin Gamer MT = Mini Turbos (Blue), SMT = Super Mini Turbo (yellow), UMT = Ultra Mini Turbo (pink, purple)

I just started playing this about a month ago. Had no idea about these mechanics. Especially the hops while off road. Just curious what bike is being utilized here? Interesting video and thanks for sharing.

Do the number of hops matter? What do you mean by "soft drift"? What is "counter slide"? Does holding the hop button increase how far you go? Sorry if too many questions I'm just trying to get info on nisc's and trying to understand it more

Hops help you turn the car faster, usually after a extended drift for SMT or UMT, as you can see in water park. Soft drift should mean drifting after landing from stunting on a boost pad, done by holding ZR while you're in the air after a stunt. Counter sliding means sliding to the wrong way for a tenth of a second then switch to the right way. This strategy helps accumulating mini turbo faster. And no, how far you go depends on your set's top speed and jump angle.
