She’s got a good voice but it just doesn’t work as well with this band. If she used those same vocals over a softer, different rendition of the instrumental then it probably would’ve sounded great

TBH Kris seemed like his accordion was outta tune or he didn't have any volume and he was out of the whole thing, not even there! So sad cuz it could've sounded better on all accounts.

I don’t know, maybe it’s this manner of performance, but I don’t understand why, when performing this song, I hear how the performance is not performed at full strength of the voice, but as if the vocalist is suppressing the strength of her voice... The song is magnificent, I adore it, but I would like to wish you to perform it, giving all the power of your voice, putting a thousand of your emotions into it..

Interesting take but her voice doesnt reach the octaves/ pitch the song deserves, and that reverberation she adds doesnt help either. Could've been worse. 4.5/10

Sorry for all the purists out there. This rendition ( from 2014) is what happens when all Star composed bands get together for one song. I felt the energy of Lorde and the dynamic between her and the band. If you didn’t, maybe you’re stuck in the past with Kurt Cobain .

At least her hair, outfit & makeup were totally on point. THAT is something. Second time I’ve heard either Foos or portions of Nirvana really over-play women singers. Still; I am just not understanding even allowing this post out frm RRHoF… just my opinion. 🤔🫢🤦🏼‍♀️
