something in the way fits a whole lot better. The mood is more straightforwardly dark and brooding. THis song is not resolute or direct in its intention, like the batman is. This song is multi layered and quite complex emotionally. Kurt is angry n this song, sad in this song, sarcastic in this song, this song more appropriately can be though of as a mockery of meaning, which is something that just doesn't sit well with the batman. He's brooding and dark yes, but hes clear in his purposes and follows through according to a rigid set of personal standards. This song doesn not have any of that, so it doesnt fit well at all
