You can't but there is a setting where you can lower the time to press it and its where the advanced settings are, and you should see (slide hold time or edit hold time) , and lower it to 100 and it would be faster

They don't have 60fps look top right it's 30fps, KZread defaults videos to 60fps tho so does look smoother

It's switch look top right his got 30fps, also ping depends alot on how far you are from Fortnite servers and also your internet provider aswell.

I play my switch on 60FPS.
