It looks more like a special mode and not real night-time-exploration. Maybe a "get as many of the star things as you can before the Bulborb get's you" or something like that.

@@miket.1933 Nope. Play Pikmin 3. It is stated in the game that you have to escape to space before nightfall because the enemies get more dangerous and fierce. Why lock that only in a mode? Makes no sense.

It could add a lot of replayability to the game. I like the idea of risking my squadron of friends at night, then exploring and farming more soldiers during the day.

I wish they would put visuals of the games on the videos as they discuss them. It would be useful to connect their words with how the game actually looks as I'm listening. Other than that, I really like the content!

Yeah but it also feels like they have to respond positively to games they don’t know anything about. Like how much time do they have on their hands to play all these games? Do play these games for 2 hours and then drop them? Do they read a tele-prompter instead? Do these guys actually play video games? So many questions.

Rock Pikmin from the Pikmin™ 3 and Pikmin™ 3 Deluxe game have already been confirmed. There is one on the official art of the Pikmin™ 4 game for the Nintendo Switch™ family of systems. What has yet to be confirmed is if players will be able to use all Pikmin at once for the story mode. I myself wouldn't mind if the new Ice Pikmin were the only newcomers, if it means we can have up to 200 Pikmin divided into 8 types.

Okay so the new Magolor Mode Magolor Epilogue looks amazing like you get to play as Magolor which is really cool and when you attack enemies as Magolor you get Magic points to get his abilities which is really cool and when I saw the portal I’m thinking if this is going to be a battle against Galacta Knight or Morph Knight and then Kirby and his friends would help out Magolor to take them down in the final showdown or maybe it could be a portal where Magolor meets Marx for the very first time and they will fight against each other or they can join together to take down Kirby and his friends but I am so excited to play it. And the demo for Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe looks amazing but theirs two things I don’t like which are the outlines and King Dedede’s design like the outlines their should be a setting where you can turn off the outlines from the characters and King Dedede’s design looks like a club penguin design I would prefer the original design instead of this. And the minigames look great but I hope we get scope shot where you shoot down robot versions of Waddle Dee, Chef Kawasaki, and King Dedede so I hope we get to see that in the game I hope. And I noticed that their are 86 masks so I hope we get to see masks of Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon because the Kirby Fandom and Twitter are still recognizing the Kirby Anime so I hope we get to see them in the game as masks. So I hope will be really good when it releases in 8 Days so I can't wait to play it But I hope you guys get TomoDachi Life with the new Mii Maker from MiiTopia on the Nintendo Switch cause we already got MiiTopia on the Switch now all we need is just TomoDachi Life on the Nintendo Switch and that’s it and with the new Mii Maker in TomoDachi Life will look amazing to make new Miis with the new Mii Maker so I hope we get that for the Nintendo Switch this year

They are very fun real time strategy games where you can have the pikmin preform multiple tasks like breaking down walls, building bridges, or fighting enemies to get as much done before the end of the day. They are very great games.

Yeah they are good, they are challenging but fun because you get to multi task. If you have a Wii U, get the first three games, if you have the Switch, then play Pikmin 3 Deluxe.

Pikmin will confuse you at first but I found in my experience it was the subsequent playthroughs of 3 that were the most fun because I knew a bit more of what I was doing. There’s a very high and fun skill ceiling allowing you to be more and more efficient to a very satisfying degree. I would recommend playing pikmin 3 or pikmin 3 deluxe as your first game, then go for the others if you’re interested. Pikmin 3 deluxe also has a demo

Let me put it this way. I never bought Pikmin 1. Never bought Pikmin 2. Wasn't interested. Borrowed Pikmin 2 from my brother who also had a Gamecube due to being bored one day. Now I'm a Pikmin fanboy. Pikmin 2 taught me to at least try every game that I can get my hands on.

It continually disappoints me how much this podcast blows. They literally have all the contacts in the industry and they just talk about upcoming games in such a tame fashion. Even in the later years of the Nintendo Power Magazine, there were exclusive hits, interesting interviews and fun segments. This show was on a good track in the first year or two and its just the same thing every episode now.

Dear Nintendo, while your library is unique and fun, i think you still miss games in several big genras to get more customers - namely you need something to do in racing (your own Forza/Gran Turismo like series), RPGs (Final Fantasy/Fable/Fantasy Star/Persona), First Person Shooters (Call of Duty/Doom/Half Life/Alien vs Predator), Horror (Silent Hill/Resident Evil/Alone in the Dark/Dino Crysis) and open world (GTA/Yakuza like)

He also makes predictions that are obvious like "Nintendo direct in February" when there has always been a Direct in February.
