4K is practically useless, considering the absurd amount of power needed to run it. Even with anti-aliasing, 1080 looks just as good as 4K without it.

Lol, entire console. Pretty sure the best part is the volume of (classic) games included on that console for $60 bucks. Basically, the difference between one PS4 game versus 30 or so, albeit DATED classic games along with the console and controller to play them on.

Pedro Bretones No they aren't, the the NES Classic is a remake of the NES. The RetroUSB AVS is also a remake of the NES. They both have save states, and both play games in proper modern tv aspect ratio. The only difference is that the AVS allows you to play physical NES and Famicom games. They are not completely different.

It is back and I was fortunate enough to snag one from Best Buy hours before they sold out. And an SNES Classic Edition too. Figured I may as well while I could. Good times.

My favorite thing about this is the old television looking filter. I thought about it near the beginning and was surprised to see they actually have that feature.

The NX fits in the palm of your hand. That is definitely both a home and portable console. Yes, you have to plug it into the tv and wall, but it fits in the palm of your hand. Did I mention that it fits in the palm of your hand. This home console is definitely portable.

Jacob Carpenter doesn't really matter if they did or not. the only thing I know is its gonna hurt them badly. This console was more of an impulse buy than anything and dropping it right before the holiday season made it the perfect gift for both older people and the younger generations. The demand wont be as strong by the time they have full stock in all areas. They could have done 5 million units before the year end easily.

It's not an emulator. It's the real thing. An emulator EMULATES other software using it's own programming. This is being run by original Nintendo software.

Just by a Razberry, just mod it for an emulater and you can get as many NES games as you want.

Buy the actual full product, because who knows if a n64 mini will come out soon, also who knows if it will have the mario party series or mario party games (ex 1, 2, 3) also who knows if it will have 2 controllers with it? n64s arent that expensive, couple months ago i picked up one at a local gamestore for $60 bucks

***** Yeah it's a PC emulator, but it works great with wireless gamepads. I play Mario Kart 64 with friends all the time and the PC is hooked up to the big flatscreen TV.

I'm going to be very honest. My childhood console was a SEGA Genesis. I had a gameboy of course (I consider Pokemon to be the game that introduced me to how deep and immersive video games could be) but my first nintendo console was the N64 years later. So I never played the NES as a kid. But this looks really cool and it is going straight onto my christmas list. But for the record? If they decide to do this with the SEGA Genesis, I will be all over that.

Not a properly functioning one, this will be properly done by Nintendo and Sega is more or less dead so Noone gives two rips about this

YAY my dad already has a nes that i play on but just seeing games this makes me want it

When I was little I always wanted a NES but we never seemed to find one and they are always exspensive on the internet and now I can enjoy the old Nintendo games and it's also really small so I can travel with it. I hope next comes the Super Nintendo. That would be amazing. Keep up the good work Nintendo I believe in you.

This looks great! I hope Nintendo makes more of these in the future, for some of their later consoles (Maybe even handheld consoles, too)!

Mine was a hand me down as well. I played in the 2000's lol. I was born in 1997, so maybe this isn't as nostalgic for me as others but I think it's great! I loved playing this when I was little. I got mine from my mom and ho got hers for Christmas the year it came out. Still works pretty good!

This is my favorite console. It also came with a poster.

This would have been cool...if I could find one. It's been a long time since they came out and I've never once seen one for under a hundred bucks.

The fact that it is only $60 is amazing. You are getting 30 amazing games and a system for that price. That means the games are only like $1 and the system is only like $30. Who doesnt want to buy 30 classic games and a nostalgic console for only $60. That is the price of 1 new game nowadays.

because its an emulator, all the games it can play are on the console, probably with the ability to download more on the nintendo store

Battletoads was created by Rare. Which is now owned by Microsoft. If you have an Xbone you should totally pick up the Rare Replay Collection

"Mod" Unless you took apart a PlayChoice10 cabinet (to which I will be very mad at you for ruining a vintage arcade cabinet) I hardly consider whatever you did get a few additional colors out of your NES or a HDMI output "modding". Prove me wrong, though. Personally, I just use my PC and an Xbone controller, it's not "vintage" but it spares me from having to use my original consoles and wearing away their life.
