Just makes me wonder if they will do a reskin of Majora's Mask after all. The demand is so high. If they do, I'm sure it will be fore Wii U, but before or after the new HD Zelda game? And if they do, I hope it includes a port of the 3DS reskin of Ocarina!

jeremysart The rumors are huge that a lot of N64 games are getting the HD treatment -- and Majora's Mask is one of them. Nintendo would be wise to do it, IMO.

For a "keeping the fans happy" game, it was certainly a revelation. Wind Waker looks *stunning* in HD and the little changes they made to the game have greatly increased its playability. It's by far my favorite game of the Wii U console so far... though I have Mario 3D coming in the mail...

It is honestly hard to say what or how they will do it. There are already two major Zelda titles on the 3DS, one being a remake, and and two for WiiU, one being a remake, the other being the HD game that is in development. Maybe we will get lucky and they will make it for both. Maybe they will finally do something amazing for one of their beloved franchises anniversary.

I think it's pretty ballsy for Nintendo two drop TWO new games on the same launch as the Xbox One.

This is, if I say so myself, the best Zelda game ever.

This is definitely one of my favorite Zeldas and one of my favorite handheld games ever. It's a masterpiece.

This is redundant. It's a Zelda game. That word on the top of the box is accolades enough.

Yep. Since the 7th gen, there has not been a single launch title to justify my purchase of a next-gen console. I always wait for a year until there are a few good games available.

I love how they put the original inrto music to alttp at the end, AWESOME!

It took my form the day the game it came out until December 10th to finished completely and it is the best Zelda they have creates since link to the past and ocrina of time

At 27, the only video games over played are on my iPhone, and minesweeper on computer- they've never appealed to me. Two days ago on a whim, I bought the Zelda edition black and gold Nintendo 3DS XL with this game as a free download. For my first console and game, I'm really enjoying it.

Getting it tomorrow.

Majora's Mask will always be my favorite Zelda game ever, but I'm hard pressed to find another Zelda game that gets as close to it as A Link Between Worlds!

There was never any doubt this game would be awesome, what has surprised me is this game is so good I may give it the nod for my overall Game of the Year, which I was not expecting because as good as some handheld games are I've never felt there was one that topped home console releases during the year (though Gravity Rush did come close a year ago). This game is insane though, I'm a huge fan of OoT and Twilight Princess and I enjoyed Skyward Sword quite a bit as well, but A Link Between Worlds is the game I've waited for ever since finishing A Link to the Past during Christmas break 1992. I hope this gets people off Mr. Aonuma's case now. The series is just fine under his direction.

This game deserves all the praise its getting. I have fond memories of The Legends of Zelda, ALTTP, and ALBW more than lives up to my high expectations. I'd love to see a remake of the Zelda 2 the adventures of Link style of leveling in a Zelda game, the medallions of ALTTP could then increase in power and destruction.

I need to get this! I spend so much time playing The Legend of Zelda-Ocarina of time. In my opinion, the Zelda games and Animal Crossing:New Leaf are the most enjoyable and addicting games ever created!!:)

I think nintendo has some very big balls by releasing a new mario and zelda on the same day as the launch of the next gen xbox

Kyndol Clark Took me 23 to do normal and hero, 10 on just normal. I wish I wasn't so good at games :(

I hope the next new 3D Zelda on the Wii U follows this style (less linearity, more exploration, and more options for what order to tackle dungeons in).

Aonuma has said that that's his general plan for new Zelda titles. This was kind of the first step into bringing things back to the roots of Zelda, and that they want to toy with things like dungeon order, exploration, and potential multiplayer options for the next console release. It was in a Nintendo Direct earlier this year. I think it was the one right before E3....
