Ninja Woodfire Oven & Smoker VS Instant Pot: The Ultimate Rib Showdown

My family loves ribs, and we love having a rib showdown by using the Instant Pot and the Ninja Woodfire Grill!
I used pork baby back ribs, smothered with a dry rub, and rest 30-60 minutes.
Use 1 c apple cider vinegar, 64 oz pineapple or apple juice, and 1/4 c liquid smoke in your instant pot plus a full rack of ribs. Cook on high pressure for 25-30 minutes with a natural release for 5 minutes followed by a quick release. Smother in Smoky Mountain BBQ sauce and broil for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
Cut your other rack of prepared ribs in half and place in Ninja Woodfire for 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours until the thickest part reaches between 190 and 203. Tent with aluminum foil for 30 minutes and enjoy with Texas Twang BBQ sauce.
