    I live in Thailand and third party logistics has seriously blown up in the past few years. And all the startups competing has amazing to watch. They'll call you before delivery and if you're not home they'll take it where you are even if that's the hospital or a coffee shop.

    i also live in Thailand, Ninja van is the worst delivery service there is to-date, no one want to use their service anymore, many package delay and untraceable and their call center here is not helpful. they should rethink of they business here in Thailand, coz Kerry eat them by 10 fold.

    In the Philippines, most people first use ninja van because of shopee. It was funny at first because we got a text that said "A ninja is coming!" And we FREAKED OUT HAHAHA "what? A ninja?" "Who's coming?" "Is this a scam?" 😂😂 "Your ninja has arrived" / slowly going to the front door of the house /

    LoL, funny. This ninja claim cover 100% but yet here Malaysia, a second country after Singapore, still cannot reach to my hometown. Other like DHL also reaching here, and that parcel overseas yet my parcel for this ninja was local yet had to handover to other carrier

    Well, I ordered a pair of $800 headphones and a standing fan both were assigned to them. The headphone came in a plastic bag with a battered box. And they told me they lost the standing fan after delivery was initiated! Both were local deliveries

    Indonesian here, i think Ninja Van isn’t doing that well in Indo as we already have Gojek and JNE that most people are more familiar with, but what they are doing is indeed awesome, as i move around Indo and Singapore almost 3-5 times a year, i often use Ninja Van when in SG. Pretty cool service they have.

    I reckon these all thirties guy has occupied all the startup ideas, there’s even 4 established trash collectors apps in my country competing each other.     @diana no they are not reliable. they steal parcels and report them as lost. it also takes them 3 weeks to deliver items that other courier services can deliver in a week

    Personally I have been quite disappointed with their services from a consumer and a supplier. Multiple times we wanted to do a simple delivery with them but they come across as so exclusive that we could not even have a first try of their services. Disappointing service and sales team who only care if you are a big company.

    They have so much funds but their hotline offered 0 help, parcels always go missing even after check-in at their warehouse and always delay delivery during "peak" season which is just some company like shopee doing promotion? 300M bucks of funding and their hotline can't even trace their driver?     Ninja van in Indonesia (also known as Ninja Xpress) had applied an unfair commission policy to its partners following the increasing oil prices on September 2022. All Ninja Xpress outlets protested against this new scheme. They are hoping that the board of Directors to re-evaluate the scheme to ensure fairness in running their business.

    Ninja sucks in the Philippines. Your drivers, or offices, send messages via text informing that the package will be delivered but no one arrives. Upon checking the app, it says that the receiver did not accept the package.

    Nothing new, no original idea, not the 1st or even the biggest in SEA. But they do help make the bussiness going faster since the demand is too high before ninja came specially in indonesia. Even tho i usually use direct delivery order like grab express, more expensive but still way cheaper than me going to the shop by car.

    This is very crazy now. If buy a van, it is a risk free investment because you can deliver for parcel companies. There is no free vans available in the country. If you just own one van, you can make big profit.

    Ninja Van in PH is the worst! I worked in a fashion brand using them as a courier and we shipped an item 4x and the item that arrived is different from what we ship. Some employees are opening the packages!

    Ya think so, Philippines is much suck, they said it arrived but lol no soul showed up and they said they returned it.. -_- and when they arrived sometimes the package is unexpectedly open for idk reason after arrival and there was a report that someone ordered a laptop for online school, but received a rock... -_-
