I'm so curious to see what my box is gonna be like when it arrives. It's almost $100 for us here in NZ and I haven't had a broken product so far but this might be my first 😂

The packaging is part of your price and they really dropped the ball. Things that have a significant price should be packaged accordingly. You were not harsh, you were right on! Love the channel!💜💙😄 This box always seem to have packaging problems.😨

I don't really get why you love this box when every month there is an issue. Bath Bevy and Southern Fleek manage to deliver good boxes. The new Cut the Crap Organics bath box seems good. Maybe it's time to lose this subscription and just buy Lush when you want it if they can't send a decently presented box. It's not like it's a cut rate box.

Shine your phone light through the soap. Another reviewer did that. At least your ooze was intact. Seems to be broken for a few people.
