Yeah ninja is by far the best at close/zero range since so many options just win the exchange. It's why so many moves have forward momentum, and why Release Momentum exists

I really love watching this. I can’t play it for a while but I am exited. I want to see you play some of the other characters (especially the wizard) before you try with viewers. It might be easier if you play in your opponent’s shoes (plus, I just want to see the thought process behind the other characters)

Sifd! If you were unaware then and possibly now, DI or, Direction Influence, only works after you already land your attacking move. They cannot 'dodge' it via DI. In a more downwards case for Directional Influence, you do uppercut and see them fly nowhere, you can safely combo then and they can only hold it or burst. In a more distance creating Directional Influence, If they fly super far away, you can try to follow it up. But regardless, their set path is already made for the majority of the knockback time when maintaining combos to my knowledge.

It's not nearly as difficult as it looks once you actually download it and mess around in singleplayer for a couple minutes. It's almost kinda meditative with the music tbh
