Ninja Gaiden (NES) - No Death Walkthrough
Ойындар
This video is quite old. In fact, I recorded this playthrough two years ago but never uploaded it as accessible to everyone. After I was challenged in comments to one of my videos to do such playthrough, I decided to re-upload it as public. The biggest problem with this record is sound: I don't know what happened to volume controls that time but to hear anything you'll have to increase volume greatly. Aside this, I consider this playthrough to be quite good and without too many mistakes (and still, the fourth boss battle is awfully played - can't watch it even now).
I did not skip any of the cutscenes so the video is very long. If you do not want to watch them, here is exact time of the beginning of every act:
1:32 - Act 1
4:04 - Act 2
9:15 - Act 3
15:50 - Act 4
21:29 - Act 5
26:35 - Act 6
Пікірлер: 1 100
I uploaded playthrough on Ninja Gaiden 2. It is an old video but if I ever make playthroughs of that game again - I will skip cutscenes. The one I uploaded has them all. Watch it here if you are interested: kzread.info/dash/bejne/laKkt8qmnq_dnaw.html

Played this game after Super Mario Bros. It was so brutal!
I remember playing this when I was like 5 or 6 and would always restart the game to see the cutscenes since they were just absolutely jaw dropping for it's time, don't think I was able to get much further than level 3 until I was older tho. Decided to play this again recently after probably over a decade and was surprisingly able to get to 6-3 with not much problem, doubt I would have been able to beat the boss either way, so I decided to finally watch the ending all these years.

That was great work. I have never played a Ninja Gaiden game or any game on the NES platform, but I had my expectation blown away by what team pulled off considering the hardware limitations. Your play through made the game look smooth and probably a lot easier than it is to play, thanks for keeping the cut scenes in, it made it like watching a short film.
Awesome Music & great game play. This game is truly a masterpiece of its time. Really enjoyed your walk-through. Keep it up!!!
Damn dude, you made this look easy. It's one of the hardest games on the NES, lol! I'm incredibly impressed at how small the ending credits was. For such an amazing game, it only had a handful of people working on it!

This is the first nes game I've still not managed to beat after using the quicksave feature so credit to you for doing it in one run.
Ninja Gaiden is the Greatest Storyline Video game and BGM Music 8bit to 16bit video game of All-Time Hands Down. 🥇🏆✔
I didn't ask my praents for game titles specifically very often, but this was the second, the first being Battletoads. I usually hired games to try them out, and this was by far the hardest series on Nintendo. Contra and Battletoads required some skill but this was top tier. Great playthrough, and yeah you got pretty low on fourth boss lol... but it happens to everyone at some point. i'm sure you've done some savage playthroughs without even getting hit no doubt.
Damn...you beat this game in 40 minutes?! It used to take me at least an hour or more...I used to get so frustrated after dying on jaquo then have to do that whole level over again...crazy thing is id do anything to go back to those days. Nothing will ever replace these classic games! Thanks for sharing this.
Jesus dude I've been playing this since fuckin 89, still can't beat it, and you do it without dying...it pisses me off but I'm stoked to see someone actually did it.

Wow. What faraway memories this game brings back. How time flies. I remember playing this game in the early 90s. This game was so cool.
I am just now realizing after 30 years how much this game looks and plays like Castlevania. No wonder I loved it so much, but then I use to collect the Konami games so it's no surprise really. Thanks for the run through. Brought back a lot of great memories of playing this game.
I'm 36 and playing a lot of NES games for the first time. Tough aren't they?! The tactic here seems to be to just keep moving, don't stop to kill those fecking birds. Noted.

If I had a dollar for every damn time I fell off or completely missed a cliff due to those f*cking birds, I'd be a damn millionaire. I still to this day have never beaten this game. I'll get to the part when you right before you fight Jaque or whatever the fuck his name is(after about 20,000 times mind you) just to die and go all the way back to the scene after you fight his dad. I swear I'll never play that damn game again. I rented part two as a kid and how the hell I beat it is beyond me. But I swear, I'm gonna be this game one day. I may have to find some damn cheat codes, but I will beat this hard ass game.
