Using the Grill function with the probe was a really great way to cook a steak accurately. They came out exactly as we wanted them so I will use this method again

@@susannahskitchen fascinating, so I’m thinking that’s what beef jerky might be, I’ve seen it in Sainsbury’s but have never tried it.

I couldn't find (preset or manual) choices in mine, could they have changed the program of grill ? I can only set temprature and time

Hi, did you have the probe plugged in at this point? It will only come up on the screen once plugged in. I'm presuming you have the 15 in 1 and not a different model?
Hi Susannah, I was just wondering how long did it take to cook to medium well? I have tried few times now and probe reaches temp to 60 degrees after 2 minutes, I don’t think that’s normal and steak was clearly still raw. I tried to preheat the ninja first last time and same results, after 5 minutes it showed probe reached 80 degrees. Thanks.

@@norakoleva3827 Hi, it sounds like your probe is faulty. Definitely not right. I can’t remember how long as I just let it cook to temperature. I would give ninja a call and get some advise
