Ninja Creami Deluxe Bailey's Ice Cream - WOW
This home-made Bailey's ice cream in the Ninja Creami deluxe was delicious and an easy recipe:
- 200ml full cream milk
- 400ml double cream
- 100ml Baileys
- 90g caster/granulated sugar
-1tbs powdered gelatine/agar agar
I would use these measurements ratherthan the ones in the video as I over-filled the container and had to make an extra little pot!

I enjoyed making this one. It was a bit hard to film the cooking bit though.
What is the US equivalent of double cream? Would it be heavy cream ?
