He decided to go 80mph through an intersection on a yellow light. Other car did make a dumb turn, but anyone that knows that intersection in town knows people turn into the middle lane all the time. Doesn’t make it right though. I think blame is about 70/30 rider/driver

No plate on the bike means that the rider is automatically going to be a twat on the roads

I slowed the vid down and the bike just made the traffic line through the red but should have stopped at the yellow. The vehicle made an illegal turn by crossing into the left lane, but the bike Ignored the yellow and was exceeding the speed limit - 100% the riders fault. I never have understood why riders rev bomb a cager, they cant hear it and have no idea what it means, its like you are trying to teach a pig to sing. ORE Vehicle code 811.260(3) Steady circular yellow signal. A driver facing a steady circular yellow signal light is thereby warned that the related right of way is being terminated and that a red or flashing red light will be shown immediately. A driver facing the light shall stop at a clearly marked stop line, but if none, shall stop before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection. If a driver cannot stop in safety, the driver may drive cautiously through the intersection.

The rider. He went like 70+ through an intersection with traffic. This is what gives us a bad name because he has no right to complain here. Ride safe.

Very true. The lady also can't turn right on red there. Both at fault in my opinion

@@TheLiquorChronicles-wp4co You can't turn left on a red onto 6th but you can make a right. There's no sign prohibiting it. The car cleared the intersection before the bike even entered it, but everyone turns into the middle lane.
