Reminds me of some twisted post apocalyptic Lynchian landscape where Tim Hecker, Nin, and Steve Reich play out of a old record player found in an abandon hotel with zebra print carpet.

Oh hey, a song for the anxiety of being in a crowd... except now you might actually die from it! This is probably one of my favorite tracks since I'm a big fan of Ghosts I-IV (specifically the more industrial-sounding tracks.)

Is this Just Intonation? On Discipline it sounds like the Arabic setting on the Roland RD series of pianos, as my 300 and his 700 both have a few differently tuned pianos which they vaguely call Just Minor and Just Major, plus Pythagorean, Meantone and a few others. The Arabic setting doesn't give you true Quarter Step tuning (24 keys in an octave instead of 11), where you have the notes between the normal 12 steps/ per octave all present i.e. 24 TET tuning. Which let's you get to the pitch bend notes between regular half steps more tangibly. There's 48 TET in even temperament aka tuning with 48 keys or frets instead of 12 in an octave. Even an eighth of a whole tune or 25 cents between two whole steps can be expressed distinctly and be given names i.e. Major. Minor and so called Neutral intervals are acually named instead of the Mj and minor. This sounds off at first, but not so strangely, but in the earliest days of modern music's development happened around the Renisance in the Baroque. Until the 17th century modes which based itself on what became a modern major scale, there were still competing standards. Indian Ragas which can accompany the Rig Vega or Upanishads is something similar to this. 72 keys or frets per octave which is a 32nd of a whole step or 12.5 cents and gives people access almost imperceptible to "us" at least with ears used to sharp pitch changes between notes, instruments were more likely use the range of a normal singing voice which is about an octave and a half or if on guitar an open string up to its 15th or so fret. Too few notes in a perfect 4th plus an octave but that's why earlier tuning systems mimicked the "pitchy" quality of our voices. The huge orchestra's of the 17th century pushed toward a system of compatibility been dozens of instrument and their range as there was no mixing the theater for performance would built with the orchestra in mind etc so it's obsolete as mixing digital or analog allows reverb, eq and loudness of instruments to be altered, pitch ranges to be extended etc. There's programs to help you use different tuning systems if you read this far in my ramble or tunning a real piano is technically a possibility but even if you take all that time and get good at it an acoustic piano takes awhile to tune those 88 notes so I'm sure if you have one around no one else will like the "strange" sound of the piano!

This is the only song I have liked off V and VI. The rest of the songs are way too ambient with almost no percussion or rhythm at all. Completely unlike the original ghosts album where almost every track had some kind of drum loop or percussion.

By negligence I assume you mean how he is handling the coronavirus issue and if he would have taken the measures people’s hindsight are telling them should have been done then people would have FLIPPED OUT and said Trump is making his move to become dictator. People flipped out when he stopped flights coming in from China. If he stopped all international flights back in December people would have straight revolted.
