NIN is really one of the only bands I know of who make the era of digital music exciting. When I first learned that artists could release stuff directly to the fans, I was sure we were going to amazing new material all the time... instead, only NIN and Radiohead seemed to do anything exciting and the latter hasn't really done much. The funny thing is, NIN releases these things for free, but that just motivates me more to buy the physical release when it comes out. Bands need to be smarter about these things in the era of p2p filesharing. Release the music for free, but make deluxe physical releases for fans to buy and sell direct and you'll probably do better than you would relying on a major label to do the same.

I think this is definitely the best song on this album, but I liked their first Ghosts album from 2008 better than the two that released in 2020.

There is little in life that I cherish as much as those dark, pulsating Quake-Tracks from Trent.

Sounds like a concophony of international news stations spewing anxiety and paranoia into the collective unconcious. I love it.

The Ghosts title suited my paintings of the liquidated industry very much. and it continues to this day. NIN illustrations have been the main theme of my films for many years. You can check it yourself .. ps. This song - will be the background for the next installment of "Ghost of Industry 4.0".

A lot of this album is inaccessible yet undeniably hypnotic, even by previous Ghosts' standards. Incredible!

A new Ghosts album is a blessing during this mandated quarantine. Thank you Trent and Atticus for giving us something to meld our emotions with while we churn indoors awaiting whatever is to come at the end(?) of this pandemic. This track is particularly unnerving in all the good ways and goes from sounds like crickets chirping in deep space to microwaves microwaving other microwaves to the death rattle from an unknown source.

This is utterly incredible. Astoundingly good. (And the rest of these albums, but this track MADE me comment).

I wonder how many modulations that bass was put through, it is wonderfully distorted.

this album is so cool. you can listen to it at any playback speed and it sounds like its supposed to be like that. Trent you are a genius!

This whole album is the soundtrack to your dreams the subconscious.

I feel like I’m in Silent Hill surrounded by my own monsters when I listen to this track… haunting.

Who else closed their eyes while listening to this and saw a potato truck flipping over on the freeway in slow motion, spilling a ton of potatoes everywhere? Fuckin potatoes scattered everywhere all over the road. Traffic shut down for hours. Would make a sick video, especially in black and white.
