This was the song i listened repeatedly dutring the time that i am so down and broken hearted. I had a bf for 8 years. I broke him up kc napagod ako kakahintay na pakasalan niako. Then after 2 years realizing cant love any other, i tried to win him back. Pinagpilitan ko sarili ko...nagmakaawa but he rejected me dahil may bago na sia. This song really helped me when I was taken for granted by my boyfriend, ex-boyfriend rather. He was cheated on me, he even chose someone else over me, that someone(Higad na nga ahas pa) who knows everything about us...but still I begged him to stay, I even cried for him every night, waiting for his calls and messages even I know, he's with someone else... Yeah, I'd been done that for almost half a year..funny, right? Then my cousin played this song for me, and it made me realized my worth. I am now happy, and almost over him. Back in those days. The first time I heard this song was a cover of Jessica (SNSD) The lyrics really has me going. I luv that cover but the best version ever was always belonged to Nina, I bet! Nina remains one of the most successful artists in the Philippines, even though she's not active in the entertainment now. Her vocal range is amazing and I don't think another RNB/acoustic singer has replaced her in the Philippine industry yet. Someday is one of the most meaningful songs she has released and my favorite too! Hearing Jessica perform this song is one of the best moments I have had as a fan of both SNSD and Nina. Proud FILIPINO SONE right here. T_T

My sister's all time favorite song that I got tired of her listening to this way back. I remember that I always tease her and sing the chorus in a joking way and she just always laugh it out, she was in college that time while I was in elementary. Now that I am already working, I understood the message of the song. It was just a simple song for me before and just a way to tease my sister but I didn't know that I somehow will listen to this song today. I can say that this song never dies. Now I was the one who's playing it on repeat.

Nina's version just totally melt my heart. I still remember crying hard while listening to this song after i saw the two of them together inside my car. The cheating doesn't hurt me that bad, it's the fact the he made me feel stupid. So i left my kids, came to Thailand and study. Then i met this guy who respects me, draw me closer to God, who listens to my pain and failures in life. And most of all, He showed me what is like to be Loved.

I heard this song when we were about to sleep 2 years ago as she was watching MYX. I cried so hard due to the fact that she was already cheating on me and chatting someone else. She asked me what's wrong and why did I cry. I told her because of the song, that someday, I can find my "someday". And now I'm thankful that I already found her. Feeling this so much right now. Every word, every sentence. Before, it was just a song to me. A sad song. But now it speaks a different meaning. Pang relapse song na. I hope masaya rin siya kahit nasaan man siya ngayon.

My heart's still broken. The boy I've loved before treated me like a game. Everyone was in on the secret. But me. They made a fool of me constantly when I tried to get together with me. I realized that and right now, I'm trying to find love...the love I want but might never have. I feel so empty when I look at all my friends with their boyfriends/girlfriends. It almost feels like I'm a shell, an outsider looking in on all my friend's happy lives. I never realized I was feeling lonely until now. This song just made me feel more empty.

this song reminds me of my singlehood journey now. This is a reminder to me that I shouldn't just fall in love with anyone, especially someone I don't know yet. in other words, not everyone who comes needs to be welcomed. hehe Yes, it's easy to find someone to be with if we just want to, but it's so hard to find someone to be with that knows the word Commitment, the one who chooses to stay with us through ups and down, the person who is proud of how you always try to make your life better, has respect for you and to your family and of course, the ones who truly love us. but of course, before you look for that person for you, look for yourself first. yourself first before other people. You won't ever be satisfied in a relationship if you aren't happy on your own or when you're alone. To be genuinely prepared, you must love both God and yourself. So Love when you're ready.

this is some of the saddest songs ive ever heard. always rings true and really reaches deep down where you can’t ind the words to describe the kind of pain amd grief you’re feeling. itks just not the words but the whole song, the music and beat everything.

It's been a year and still moving on hahshsha.

We've been together for 8 years.. but I started playing this song after our 3rd anniversary because I felt I was unloved.. we never had time for each other.. we never had conversations for more than 5 minutes or over a cup of coffee.. We never had dates, celebrations or even surprises.. I can't forget the last night I played this.. (which was last year 2022) and said to myself that I would meet someone who would love me more.. after having our own lives.. after a year has passed.. I was watching the voice suddenly this song played.. Now i'm playing this song again.. crying myself to sleep.. 😔 Hoping someday I would meet the person who has the same energy as mine and I could read this message with a smile..
