Popularizing this song in this type of film montage at the stories climax, that so many movies and shows have used to date that you wouldn’t know where it came from unless you knew the inspiration behind there inspiration . Nina Simone was such a powerful soul with such and expressive force. The world was not ready for her. I love what she stood for and because she stood for something larger than herself and she believed in what she stood.

I can't remember how or when this started for me. But this song is completely synonymous with job interviews. When I hear this song ..since I was a little girl my grandmother introduced me to it, been listenng to it for almost 40 years now and still feel it in my bones when I hear it!

S is the highest rank in a lot of Japanese video games and in games emulating them. In these games, A is only second best. Occasionally, higher ranks can be reached, and they tend to add an S, as in SS. But S has been the standard for decades. I don't know why, but that's the way it is and that's probably what the comment was referencing.
