She can't . As a dancer, you can see by the way her feet look in the pointe shoes that she isn't trained, these other girls seem to be , bit nina isn't . It's actually really dangerous to go en pointe when not ready so she could damage her feet and legs if she did it all the time

They are almost flexed, she cannot manipulate the shoe and it should look like a perfectly straight line but it's bent as she can't move her ankle in them like an actual dancer can
