@@Kashilembo I suggest you get a 32 bit float recorder. Zoom F2 is a very cheap and high quality recorder and you will never have this problem again. I don't like to suggest people spend money to solve a problem but 32 bit recording is a big advancement in audio that is worth it.

Red Filmmakers are now Vanguard Filmmakers and Vanguard owns damn near everything and would not surprise me to include ALL other Camera Manufacturers indirectly as well. I'm not a Nikon user. I use Fujifilm, but have been dancing around RED since forever :) I wouldn't mind some RED options like BMPCC 6k @@Kashilembo
