That's what I am trying to find out too. I absolutely believe that we even can change what already happened but the pictures imprinted in our mind hinder us to do so. Since we can't "unsee", we need to learn that those pictures are not the last word and can be rewritten. The problem is just that we can only visualize what we believe is at least physically possible, so actually we lack of confidence about actually changing things that already happened. Even if it is possible we can't really imagine it, and what we can't imagine we can't programme into the fabric of reality. So what we need to do is to convince ourselves that it is actually possible even though we haven't seen it happening, at least not consciously.
