Go to Catholic church with a bottle and get Holy Water. Every every morning and every night on forehead ...make sign of cross and pray. Everything will start to get better... If it is bumpy at first it's because bad spirits are upset but they will back away once they know you are serious with intentions. 🙏

Whales & dolphins swim in the sky & castles of crystals are where we learn about other life in far away galaxies. No buildings of metal but of trees & flowers. Where cars don’t exsist. It's not always safe to open up your pineal gland with the help of any mentor. I've opened my pineal gland by myself and I kid you not, I feel and see creatures of other dimensions in between my sleep. Which is used to be very scary in the beginning but now I've become used to it.

Me too, on Oxycodon for a year. I couldn't take the pain any more and tried to commit suicide. My parents found me, reanimated me, I felt like a failure, wanted to die so badly. Hurt people hurt people. I stopped all meds cold turkey, started to love myself, in touch with the earth. Now slowly healing, getting stronger each day. Tesla was several levels higher in scientific ability compared to Edison and others. One thing he said was that if you want to discover the mysteries of the universe, think in terms of frequency and vibration. Einstein said that everything is energy. These scientists knew there was a wonderful, beautiful source power that connected everyone and everything. And that even our thoughts are able to permeate space. I started listening to this a week ago. May 7, 2020. I chose this one? I listened to it without headphones first. While listening openly, my body started to respond to the music. It was 12noon. I decided to meditate with this with headphones. It was awesome. I could feel my stressed muscles relaxing with the bass. As images, hurts etc came in and out of my mind. I would acknowledge then go back to the beats. I found my self crying, later on, it was like a release. I prayed to my God, Creator, I am Christian. Yet it is one Creator/God with many different names. May 8, 2020 I am listening to this again and the bass is running thru me and i feel muscles letting go. I am calm. I sent this to my family and friends. Since we are stuck at home it is good to explore. My suggestion: when you are working with this type of music. 1. If you do not feel a floating like or vibration where you feel so relaxed to sleep. Then find another. I have been thru many and found ones that I feel vibration listening to it openly before earphones. I have Dyslexia and ADD/ADHD. My son has it slightly bad and my daughter has it not bad. We all listen and it helps focus. Thank you, I have committed myself to do this for 40 days June 17, 2020 is my 40th. I will give up dates the following day How i am doing and feeling. Wow thank you for this. I myself have ADHD, audio processing disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder so I know how you feel. I've always always preferred binaural beats and meditation to help me focus rather than relying on pharmaceutical meds. My parents put me on Vyvanse and other drugs since I was 7. It really did a number on my brain because its harder to focus now since I'm 18 and stopped taking it at 14 due to it giving me extreme depression and anxiety.

I'm looking for the day that everyone on this earth realizes that we are all connected. We truly are "one". I have noticed this last year that there has been a lot more kindness and a lot less rudeness in my community and I am so grateful for that. If you think about it, you can see that we all have the same needs. For example: We all need food, water, shelter and love. That tells me that we are all the same no matter where you live or the color of you skin. I just pray that soon EVERYONE will wake up and realize this and stop letting the bad guy's divide us. Together we are unstoppable. Together we truly can live in peace and love and just lift each other up. It's okay if you don't like someone. But it's not okay to tear one another down and hurt one another. We can all still get along. I wish you all, who is reading this comment nothing but love and peace. I pray for everyone to wake up and see the light. If we can all live in the light together then we can get rid of all the darkness forever.
