He mentions what „Nikola customers expect“…way too soon if you hardly have a product out that customers can give you feedback about. Building these trucks and the software that goes with it is already a huge task. But on top of that they want to build the infrastructure for it? Not a credible statement as Plug Power is doing that and they will offer the infrastructure and the hydrogen to Nikola. Daimler Trucks, MAN Trucks etc. also are established competitors. I think Nikola will have a niche market and slowly grow from there.

Currently burning 200 million a quarter to produce 20 trucks. I think 2025 they will be delisted from the stock exchange and quickly go bankrupt.

New fuel sources always have this chicken and egg problem where they need fueling infrastructure before the vehicles are bought, but vehicles need to be bought before there’s infrastructure, so he’s saying they’re bringing the chicken and the egg together, it makes perfect sense, great analogy for the scenario at hand
