"Influencer" was a branding name given to KZreadrs by the old media to downplay the role they play in pop culture. This way, they can control them with contracts and pay them less for more work. KZreadrs are, in fact, celebrities of the new age. We can't always live in an era of silverscreen stars. Society moves on with time, after all.

It doesn’t matter how much you make, you can still get underpaid for the amount of work you invest

I'm so glad nicki finally said something. Knowing that kind of info about a brand especially a makeup brand is so important to me. It's seaming so hard to find an ethical brand especially beauty brands and knowing this helps me feel like I can buy from company's that I support for how they treat their influencers and customers.

this flat fee contract thing is a common mistake naive people do. like celebs, musician, artists.

I think it would be so cool if NikkieTutorials and Jeffree did a collab with each other.

So a random thought I had seeing all these pallets and stuff, is it like, expensive to get custom shapes for the metal parts that hold the makeup? Like if instead of the standard rectangle or heart, what if I wanted a palm tree, how do I find out about these things?
