They were born identical twins. If you listen closely you can tell which twin is which because they dont have the same type of voice. Their voices are a bit different. Plus Nikki had a boob job where Brie hasnt.

ShadowFai20 she was with him for 6 years. It wasn’t like 5 years later John decided that he didn’t want kids. From day one, since they started dating he was up front with her that he didn’t want kids, and if that was an issue than there would have not been a relationship. So it’s not all John’s fault.
